Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, and advisory sectors while supporting revenue generation and strategic market expansion.
  • We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Associate to support business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet agreed business development, revenue, and partnership targets
  • Build and manage strong client, partner, and institutional relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Maintain and track client pipelines using CRM tools
  • Support lead generation, outreach, and conversion strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches

Requirements

  • Highly organized, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
  • Experience in consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field with 4 - 7 years experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or commercial strategy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
