About the Role

• ?Our client is seeking highly driven Business Development Executives to establish strong commercial presence across assigned regions and drive project acquisition within the construction ecosystem.

?Key Responsibilities

• ?Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, pipeline reports, and project tracking updates
• ?5Coordinate project execution support with the head office
• ?Conduct site visits, technical-commercial meetings, product presentations, sample submissions, and trial coordination
• ?Drive opportunities within flooring, waterproofing, skim coat, rendering, and finishing projects
• ?Identify and track active and upcoming construction projects within assigned regions
• ?Develop strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, and applicators

Requirements

• ?Strong communication and reporting skills.
• ?Strong network within the construction ecosystem in assigned region.
• ?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• ?4–7 years relevant industry experience.
• ?Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.
• ?Proven ability to identify and develop project opportunities.
