Job Title: Tele Marketer / Sales Representative

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • This role combines leadership, smart, and Tech-Savvy to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with prospects, booking meetings, and converting potential clients into customers for our Airbnb customer support services.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our client base by reaching out to Airbnb hosts, vacation rental operators, and short-term rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Follow up consistently with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to onboard new clients.
  • Analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to onboard a new client.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and onboarding calls.
  • Improve website or landing page performance to increase leads and sales.
  • Maintain records of conversations and leads.
  • Introduce and explain the company's services professionally.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social media.
  • Experience with Airbnb and hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in Tele Marketing or administrative roles (2-5 years experience).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident speaking on calls and handling objections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a working laptop, as the role is fully remote.
  • Basic design or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Mailchimp, Hubspot, Canva).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media / Digital marketing skills, and Networking.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
