• 2-5 years in content, digital, or related marketing (not focused on paid)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, Frase, or similar)
• Strong writing and editorial instincts
• SEO & AEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page, search intent)
• HubSpot or similar CRM (build emails, segment lists, pull reports)
• Experience or clear interest in AI video tools
