Job Summary

• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams (art directors, animators, copywriters, and production staff).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Pitch concepts and present progress to executives, producers, or clients, translating their feedback into actionable adjustments.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Allocate resources, set project deadlines, and monitor budgets while maintaining creative integrity.
• Project Oversight: Guide the creative process from the initial brainstorming phase to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
• Creative Vision: Establish a compelling visual and thematic narrative for projects, ensuring every piece of content resonates with the target audience.
