Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will oversee media operations, brand positioning, digital campaigns, PR activities, and creative production while leading the internal media team to drive visibility, engagement, and business growth.
• NeoHomes Limited is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and execution-driven Brand Strategist / Head of Media to lead the company’s branding, media communications, digital visibility, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Content Creators, Graphics Designers, Videographers, and Digital Marketing personnel
• Lead content production and campaign execution
• Develop and execute brand and media strategy via Digital and Traditional Media
• Manage media workflow, content calendars, and turnaround timelines
• Track campaign performance and provide strategic reports
• Oversee social media growth and digital visibility
• Coordinate PR activities, influencer collaborations, and campaigns

Requirements

• Creative, commercially aware, and highly organized.
• 4–9 years experience in brand strategy, media management, or digital marketing leadership
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, or related field
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, PR, content strategy, and media operations
