Description

• WhodeyOnline is hiring a Community Activator to help grow one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing live quiz platforms.
• This is a fully remote role - You can work from anywhere as long as you are active, responsive, organized, and able to consistently drive community participation and growth.

Your job is staightforward:

• Every day on WhodeyOnline is treated like a live event, and your role is to make communities show up for it.
• Find communities. Build relationships. Create excitement. Bring people into the daily live quiz.
• You will also help organize competitions, activations, and community battles that make people excited to participate daily.
• You will help drive participation by partnering with campuses, WhatsApp groups, student communities, NYSC circles, hostels, youth communities, influencers, and social groups across Nigeria.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit ambassadors and community reps when needed
• Discover active communities and social groups online and offline
• Coordinate community challenges, and competitions
• Organize online and physical quiz competitions and activations
• Bring new players into the platform consistently
• Reach out to admins, student leaders, influencers, and community organizers
• Build partnerships with campuses, communities, and youth groups
• Find creative ways to increase daily participation
• Build long-term relationships with communities and organizers
• Create hype around winners, rankings, and competitions
• Promote the daily WhodeyOnline live quiz across communities

• Naturally knows how to connect people
• Is active on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X
• Is proactive and can make things happen without supervision
• Is highly social and outgoing
• Understands Nigerian youth culture and online spaces
• Loves competition, events, and community building
• Enjoys talking to communities and organizing things

Bonus If You:

• Have access to campus communities or student groups
• Have experience in promotions, outreach, or community management
• Already have strong social connections within schools or youth communities.
• Have organized events or competitions before
• Have managed WhatsApp or Telegram groups before

• Performance bonuses available based on growth and activations.
• Salary: N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
