Job Summary

• As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth, and managing client acquisition strategies within the renewable energy market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s renewable energy portfolio
• Manage proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with clients
• Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and convert business opportunities while managing key client relationships
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or technical sales is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
