Job Summary

• The role requires a commercially driven professional who can lead teams, optimize processes, and support revenue generation within the real estate business.
• As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing daily operations, improving sales performance, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to develop business plans, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure the achievement of business goals
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational objectives
• Monitor operational and sales performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market presence
• Lead, coach, and train sales teams to improve performance, customer acquisition, and conversion rates

Requirements

• Proven experience overseeing business operations, driving sales performance, and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business management, operations management, or sales management within the Real Estate sector
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales, business development, operational management, and customer relationship management
