Job Position: Business Development Manager (Energy Solutions)

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and supporting the development of energy projects across Nigeria.
• The role involves both field and client-facing activities, with a focus on building relationships and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Engage with potential clients and build relationships
• Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Support preparation and presentation of proposals
• Follow up on leads and manage ongoing client interactions
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Markerting or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Comfortable with field-based work and client engagement

Preferred:

• Experience in energy, engineering, or construction sectors
• Existing network of business contacts
• Basic understanding of energy or infrastructure projects
