• Strong analytics: funnel math; SQL, Looker/Metabase, Salesforce reporting
• Track record of hiring and ramping AEs and XDRs in high-growth
• Experience managing agencies and external vendors
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; write playbooks and reset plans
