• Lead the technical direction and development of outfit completion models.
• Drive end-to-end model development from research to production deployment.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art ML models (including PyTorch) to model relationships between items and generate high-quality outfits.
• Mentor and guide other data scientists on modeling and engineering excellence.
• Own experimentation strategies, defining success metrics and translating results into business impact.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape roadmap.

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models (deep learning in PyTorch).
• Strong experience with recommender systems, ranking, embeddings, or related domains.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring ICs and leading projects.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and driving projects from concept to production.
• Deep experience with experimentation and causal inference; connect model improvements to business outcomes.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experienced with large-scale datasets and production-ready DS systems.
