Responsibilities

• To provide expertise and professional support in the implementation of the World Class operations Management program, which should result in efficiencies within the organization, embedded in a culture of ownership and continuous improvement in line with the cost leadership strategy.
• To support strategic decision-making in operations and proactively engage staff to accelerate our ongoing change to lead the company towards its Global vision.

What We Ask

• First Degree in Science/Engineering, Master’s Degree in Technical Business/Operations Management is an added advantage
• PKE Certification in at least two of Quality, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, and Operations Management.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (LSSBB) is an added advantage
• 2-3 years relevant work experience in an Operations environment.
