• 5+ years PM experience in cards issuance and stablecoin payments.
• Proven track record building and scaling fintech products from 0 to 1.
• Strong technical acumen; work closely with engineering on API-driven products.
• Deep understanding of card issuance, payments, crypto/stablecoin payments, or BaaS.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; balance vision with execution.
• Analytical, problem-solving, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
