Job Title: Network Engineers (Field Service Engineers)

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for Wireless/Fiber Network Engineers (Field Support Engineers).
• The position involves the installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of wireless and fiber network systems.
• Responsibilities also include network design, managing outside plant infrastructure, performing optical fiber splicing and repairs, and overseeing field implementations.
• The role requires collaboration with team members and project stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Outside Plant operations, including installation and maintenance of network
  infrastructure
• Experience with Network Design, focusing on creating and optimizing wireless and fiber network layouts
• Knowledge of Fiber and Optical Fiber systems, including splicing, testing, and maintenance
• Strong Project Management skills for planning, coordinating, and overseeing field execution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site and field environment
• OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
