Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Description

  • We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Support Executive (SQL Server) to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of its software systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to analyze system needs, implement solutions, and provide user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
  • Test and evaluate new software programs and enhancements.
  • Identify areas for modification in existing systems and develop improvements.
  • Write and implement efficient code.
  • Determine the operational practicality of software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.
  • Deploy software tools, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and support existing systems.
  • Train users on system usage and best practices.
  • Work closely with developers, UX designers, and business/system analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and modern software systems.
  • Proven experience in software support or development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
