We are recruiting for the following personnel:

Job Title: Enterprise Riggers(NOC)

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Rigger (NOC) based in Lagos.
• The Enterprise Rigger will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
• Day-to-day tasks include setting up wireless and fiber network systems, conducting routine inspections, identifying and resolving network issues, complying with safety standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure optimal network performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications rigging, including installation and maintenance of wireless and fiber network systems
• Experience in low voltage and renewable power systems (Inverter, rectifier, charge controller, bms and balancers)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network and infrastructure-related issues
• Experienced in industry PTP and PTMP wireless product like, ubiquiti, cambium, mikrotik, huawei, intracom and others
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and adherence to compliance measures
• Ability to use technical equipment and tools required for rigging and network operations
• Team collaboration and effective communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Lagos, with flexibility for fieldwork as required
• Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar fieldwork role is a plus
• Certification or technical training in telecommunications or a related field is an advantage
