Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Summary
- A Learning and Development (L&D) Managerdesigns, implements, and oversees employee training programs to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
- They identify training needs, manage budgets, utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), and evaluate program effectiveness to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Needs Assessment: Identify organizational training needs through assessments, stakeholder consultation, and performance gap analysis.
- Budgeting & Vendor Management: Develop and manage the L&D budget, negotiating with external vendors and consultants for specialized training.
- Evaluation & ROI: Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Program Design & Delivery: Create engaging learning materials (e-learning, workshops, blended learning) and facilitate training sessions.
- LMS Administration: Manage the Learning Management System to host, track, and report on employee training completion and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Usually 5+ years in L&D, human resources, or instructional design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with LMS software, content authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
