• Own and drive a multi-year BD pipeline across federal civilian and defense, focusing on HHS and CMS
• Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities from early intelligence through capture planning and pre-proposal prep
• Collaborate with capture leadership in an integrated BD and capture motion; stay engaged
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with program offices and contracting officers across target agencies
• Develop account plans covering priorities, decision-makers, acquisition paths, and long-term opportunities
• Collaborate with Growth, delivery teams, and SMEs to translate early positioning into capture outcomes

???? Requirements

• Proven federal BD experience with a track record of full and open pursuits across civilian/defense agencies
• Deep familiarity with HHS, CMS, and/or adjacent federal civilian markets; VA/DoD a plus
• Experience working in an integrated BD and capture model — comfortable operating across both disciplines
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and agency budget cycles
• Experience developing account plans, multi-year pipelines, and customer engagement strategies across a diverse federal portfolio
• Ability to build credible relationships with program offices and contracting officers at all levels
