• Coordinate with Platform Eng, Security, IT, and Finance on governance.

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in tech.
• Background in developer experience, engineering productivity, or tech PM.
• Familiarity with AI-accelerated development workflows.
• Experience with DX measurement frameworks (DORA, SPACE, DX Core 4).
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks and pilots.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
