• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close AI partnerships (LLM, cloud, data licensing).
• Develop revenue-generating AI data licensing agreements using weather data and analytics.
• Structure complex agreements: data licensing, revenue share, APIs, co-dev, GTM.
• Build senior exec relationships across AI/tech to position AccuWeather as a partner.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years in BD/partnerships with AI, data, or tech-driven businesses.
• Proven track record closing complex partnerships with AI platforms, APIs, data licensing.
• Experience negotiating multiyear agreements with global tech companies.
• Strong financial acumen; building business cases, revenue models, partnerships.
• Preferred: LLMs, generative AI, hyperscale cloud platforms; global deals NA/Europe/Asia Pacific.
