• Own end-to-end RevOps: funnel to revenue recognition
• Lead CS, Support, Marketing, and RevOps cross-functionally
• Manage a distributed team across US and offshore time zones
• Build dashboards for pipeline health and retention risk
• Oversee systems migration and partner with Finance on forecasting
• Design scalable processes, handoffs, and playbooks to scale revenue

???? Requirements

• 5+ years in RevOps, CS leadership, or GTM operations
• Experience leading customer-facing teams
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (US + offshore)
• B2B SaaS experience with enterprise and mid-market
• Built or rebuilt RevOps function, not just managed one
• Comfortable presenting to a board and running QBRs with enterprise customers
