• Provide personalized onboarding support for customers who sign up for Fast Track Packages.
• Solve onboarding issues with engagement that meets customer onboarding demands.
• Provide compliance guidance for all A2P products.
• Manage Onboarding SLAs and credit utilization for each product.
• Partner with operations teams to scale onboarding volumes per customer.
• Join weekly calls with customers to report metrics and review onboarding needs.

???? Requirements

• 2+ years in A2P products with A2P compliance experience
• Rotational shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm Bogota time
• Direct client experience; strong verbal and written communication
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Gemini) and reporting tools
• Experience implementing A2P number types; CTIA guidelines knowledge
• Prioritize tasks, multi-task, lead calls; cross-functional
