Mid Graphic/Motion Designer (Part-Time, Remote — LATAM)

• Create product videos and motion assets from concept to delivery.
• Design web motion experiences (hero loops, micro-interactions, hover states) aligned with our design system.
• Produce high-performing creatives for experiments (A/B tests across formats, durations, and messaging).
• Deliver multi-format assets for web and paid channels, ensuring consistency across breakpoints and platforms.
• Handle art finalization for digital deliverables (exports, formats, performance optimization, accessibility).
• Collaborate with Web/Front-end teams on implementation (Lottie, SVG, motion specs).
• Maintain organized libraries, templates, and reusable components.
• QA assets across devices, browsers, and formats to ensure quality and performance.
• Contribute to motion guidelines and system consistency.
• Partner with Marketing to iterate based on performance insights.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Based in LATAM, overlapping UTC-5 ±2 hours.
• Reliable internet and a workstation for motion design.
• Available for weekly syncs and async collaboration.
