Job Title: Weekend Customer Service Representative
Location: Osapa, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, responsive, and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Representative to support our operations on Saturdays and Sundays.
- The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Process orders and provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support weekend operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of using CRM tools and social media platforms
- Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must reside in or around Osapa, Lekki (proximity is strictly required)
Work Schedule:
- Days: Saturday & Sunday (3PM)
