We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Partnership Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the execution of the organization’s partnership strategy across NGOs, corporates, donors, and institutions.
  • Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities with tailored engagement and outreach plans.
  • Coordinate proposal development across teams and ensure timely, high-quality reporting on partnership performance.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems and documentation processes, including standardized templates and stewardship materials.
  • Track all partnership activities through a structured pipeline dashboard and reporting infrastructure.
  • Drive the development of co-branded proposals, partnership decks, investment cases, and annual fundraising strategies.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with partners through consistent communication, events, and recognition efforts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to ensure alignment with partners on shared goals, expectations, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Development studies, International Relations, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s Degree is a plus.)
  • Proven track record of securing and managing diverse partnerships (corporate, government, NGO, and international funders).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in partnership development, fundraising, business development, or donor relations, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the donor ecosystem and development funding landscape in Africa.
  • Strong proposal writing and grant development capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
