• 10+ years as Backend/Software Engineer; shipped AI products.
• 2+ years as Tech Lead or Senior role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with NodeJS or Python; write clean, maintainable code.
• SQL/NoSQL fundamentals; PostgreSQL and ORM libraries (Sequelize/TypeORM).
• Shipping real products using Claude; AI-accelerated development.
