???? Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school; active bar license
• 15+ years in employment law, incl. in-house global experience
• Deep US and international employment law expertise across jurisdictions
• Proven leadership and executive partnership; advise C-suite and build teams
• Strong judgment, communication, and risk-focused solutions; tech tools a plus
• Experience with works councils (Germany) and international labor matters a plus
