• Design and support highly available MS SQL Server (Always On/WSFC).
• Partner with software teams to design scalable MSSQL architectures.
• Establish MSSQL security standards; use Extended Events.
• Lead deployments, upgrades, capacity planning, backups.
• Automate DB ops with scripts and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with vendors; on-call rotation via Jira.

???? Requirements

• 4+ years MS SQL Server administration (2014–2025).
• 2+ years Always On/WSFC and MSSQL replication.
• Strong T-SQL, PowerShell, Windows Server, and RAID.
• Own issues end-to-end; drive closure under pressure.
• Independent and team player; clear communication.
• 1+ year with Jira, Confluence, or Kanban boards.
