• Lead Windows desktop apps using WinApp SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, C++.
• Define best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI responsiveness, cross-version support.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard nav, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX, QA to shape Windows roadmap.
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle: concept, design, build, test, release, maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

???? Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++ native code.
• Deep understanding of Windows architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record delivering production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• User-centric mindset for polished, accessible experiences.
