Forward Deployment Engineer

???? Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers, from kickoff to integration.
• Build and maintain integration scripts, tooling, and docs to accelerate value.
• Be the primary technical contact during onboarding, translating requirements into solutions.
• Diagnose integration issues across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infra; drive resolution.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to surface feedback and influence roadmap.
• Develop onboarding playbooks and internal tooling to scale deployment.

???? Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in software/solutions engineering or technical implementation
• Proficiency in Python or another backend language; comfortable with production code
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data tools
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to engineers and non-tech
• Self-starter with strong PM instincts; able to juggle multiple engagements
