• Shape Android platform architecture across navigation, networking, storage, and metrics.
• Build and evolve Android client health and observability (events, traces, dashboards).
• Improve Android developer experience with tools, workflows, and CI integrations.
• Define guardrails (lint, static analysis, tests, AI-assisted reviews) to catch issues early.
• Apply AI to engineering workflows (code review, static analysis, CI checks).
• Partner with iOS/Web, backend, Data, QE, and Product for end-to-end solutions.

• 5+ years building Android apps in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience in a large Android codebase with millions of DAUs.
• Strong Android platform/infrastructure experience: libraries, logging, navigation, networking.
• Kotlin coroutines/Flows, DI (Dagger/Hilt), modularization, testing.
• Observability tooling: events, traces, metrics, dashboards; data-driven debugging.
• Apply AI to workflows; collaborate across Android, backend, Data, and QE.
