• Build net-new self-serve experiences and growth integrations
• Drive rapid experimentation across B2B product suites
• Shape our experimentation platform: flags, instrumentation, data quality, reporting
• Lead design/implementation of experiments for activation and engagement
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction

???? Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development in a production SaaS environment
• Strong backend experience in Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
• Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing apps
• Strong understanding of instrumentation, analytics, and defining meaningful metrics
• Ability to operate autonomously, drive initiatives forward, and influence direction
• Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset
