• Lead data pipelines and analytics on Databricks
• Deep expertise in Spark runtime and optimization
• Guide customers on Databricks best practices for ingestion, transformation, analytics
• Mentor delivery teams and ensure governance and quality

???? Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or client-facing roles
• 7+ years in data engineering or related technical roles
• Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification
• 6+ Databricks projects with hands-on leadership
• Deep expertise in Spark runtime internals and optimization
• Strong experience designing large-scale distributed data platforms
• Advanced SQL and Python; Scala strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
