• Define and deliver Flink-based stream compute infra at scale
• Collaborate with infra, product, and platform teams to align needs
• Tackle state management, exactly-once processing, and recovery
• Build self-service tooling and automation to reduce toil
• Partner with OSS communities to adopt and contribute features

???? Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating large-scale production systems
• Technical lead for distributed systems, scaling in fast-moving environments
• Hands-on with big data tech such as Flink, Spark, Kafka, Pulsar, or Pinot
• Experience building and scaling infrastructure as a product
• Write high-quality code in Go, Java, or Scala
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ownership
