Job Summary
- iRecharge Tech-Innovations is seeking motivated and high-potential graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program.
- This program is designed to equip young professionals with practical skills, hands-on experience, and exposure across key areas within our technology and digital payment ecosystem.
- Successful candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and real project assignments, with the goal of transitioning into full-time roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of digital products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real business and technical projects
- Assist in data analysis, system improvements, and process optimization
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and innovation within the company
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on assigned tasks
- Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/HND) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience (NYSC completed or in view)
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High level of curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
