Job Position: Graduate Trainee - Engineering

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

Transnet Cloud is seeking highly motivated and talented Engineering graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.
This role is designed to develop future engineering leaders by providing hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to real-world projects across our operations in Lagos and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program across various engineering functions
Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions
Support senior engineers in executing technical projects and daily operations
Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare technical reports
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Continuously learn and apply new engineering concepts and technologies.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, or related field)
0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC completed)
Minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
