• Lead a team building Postscript's Customer Data Platform
• Collaborate with PMs, data science, designers to plan work
• Manage performance via feedback, 1:1s, and reviews
• Provide ongoing technical mentorship to engineers
• Establish and improve development processes for efficiency
• Develop data infrastructure roadmaps with Principal Engineer

???? Requirements

• 3+ years directly managing engineers
• Experience building/scaling data platforms or pipelines
• Comfortable partnering with senior ICs on architecture/direction
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT, and real-time processing
• Recruiting and onboarding engineers
• Experience with AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
