We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build end-to-end, from crafting beautiful mobile experiences with Flutter to designing rock-solid APIs and cloud infrastructure on GCP/Azure. But here's the thing: we don't just want builders. We want teachers.
This role comes with the opportunity (and expectation) to mentor junior developers, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and help raise the bar for the entire engineering team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and ship features across web and mobile (Flutter) platforms
- Build and maintain scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices
- Architect cloud-native solutions on GCP and/or Azure
- Write clean, well-tested code with strong CI/CD practices
- Mentor and train junior & mid-level developers through pair programming, code reviews, and workshops
- Create technical docs, onboarding guides, and training materials
- Lead brown-bag sessions on emerging tech and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years of professional full-stack experience
- Hands-on Flutter mobile development experience
- Strong proficiency with React, Vue, or Angular
- Back-end skills in Node.js, Python, Go, or similar
- Production experience with GCP and/or Azure
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication, you explain complex ideas simply
- Interest in building training programs or workshops
BONUS POINTS
- Experience leading an internal developer training program
- Published blog posts, conference talks, or OSS contributions
- Serverless architecture and event-driven design experience
- Track record of growing junior devs into senior engineers
