Resurgir Consulting is a growing Abuja-based consultancy firm that provides professional property advisory, property marketing, cleaning services, and fumigation solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. The company is focused on delivering reliable services while expanding its client base and market presence.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager (Female)

Location: New Market Road, Ugep, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, proactive, and result-driven Female Sales Manager with a strong passion for sales, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
  • The ideal candidate should possess leadership ability, commercial awareness, and the capacity to drive revenue while managing customer relationships and supporting operational efficiency.
  • The successful candidate must be someone who can take ownership of the sales function, identify growth opportunities, build customer loyalty, and contribute meaningfully to the expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
  • Train and guide junior sales staff when required.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and pricing negotiations professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Support stock monitoring and report discrepancies where necessary.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales activities within the store.
  • Promote veterinary products, poultry / fish feed, feed supplements, and agro-allied products effectively.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights on business performance.
  • Follow up on old customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Represent the business professionally and maintain strong brand reputation.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor product movement and recommend fast-selling or profitable products.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar sales management role.
  • Strong numerical and reporting skills.
  • Must have a strong desire for long-term career growth and business development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage people effectively.
  • Experience in retail, agro-allied, veterinary, FMCG, or feed-related business is an added advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Must be confident and proactive.
  • Honest, reliable, and accountable.

Work Schedule:

  • Last Saturday of the Month: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly + Performance Bonus.
