We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Courier Sales Executive / Courier Sales Representative

Location: Marine Road, Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Overview

  • We are seeking highly active, sales-driven individuals who can consistently generate daily and weekly courier business opportunities.
  • Please note: this is not a theoretical “business development” role focused on meetings or presentations. The ideal candidate must already understand how courier business is generated in practice and must be able to actively source and convert clients on a daily basis.

We are Looking For People Who Can Source: Companies sending envelopes and documents daily:

  • Schools and universities.
  • Walk-in and repeat courier customers.
  • Hospitals and laboratories.
  • Import/export companies needing document dispatch.
  • Companies requiring regular inter-state document delivery.
  • Law firms.
  • E-commerce vendors.
  • Banks and financial institutions.
  • Small businesses requiring same-day or next-day dispatch.
  • SMEs and offices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Source new courier clients daily.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Introduce PNCE courier services professionally.
  • Develop practical ideas to increase delivery volumes.
  • Visit offices and businesses physically.
  • Follow up aggressively on leads.
  • Report daily activities and visits.
  • Generate measurable shipment volumes.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Good communication ability.
  • Physically active and willing to move around Lagos.
  • Result-oriented mentality.
  • Confidence speaking with businesses.
  • Discipline and accountability.
  • Candidates with existing contacts within SMEs, legal firms, medical laboratories, online vendors, and corporate offices will have an advantage.
  • Basic customer relationship management skills.
  • Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing, or field operations.

We Are NOT Looking For:

  • Candidates attracted only by employment/salary without performance focus.
  • Persons who only know how to talk but cannot bring customers.
  • Individuals looking for “big logistics contracts” outside the scope of courier operations.
  • People only interested in titles.
  • Corporate executives expecting luxury salaries.
  • Candidates with unrealistic expectations.

Evaluation Criteria (Post-Placement):

  • Monthly revenue contribution.
  • Volume of shipments generated.
  • Ability to grow repeat business.
  • Number of new clients introduced.
  • Consistency of customer follow-up.

Compensation

  • Logistics & Reimbursement : All expenses incurred on transportation in the course of duty will be reimbursed by the company.
  • Commission (Tiered): Up to N500,000 in monthly shipment revenue: 5%
  • Above N1,000,000: 10%
  • N500,001 - N1,000,000: 7%
  • Rising to N230,000 – N250,000 / month on confirmation, contingent on meeting probation targets.
  • Base salary: N200,000 / month during 3-month probation.
