We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Executive

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services
Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities
Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing efforts
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to develop effective marketing materials Organize and attend real estate events, such as open houses, to promote properties and services

Requirements

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Understanding of market trends and customer preferences
Proven experience in real estate marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
