Job Title: Online Branding Team Lead

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing social media for established brands, leading high-performing teams, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Online Branding Team Lead to lead our Social Media Team and drive strong digital brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure cohesive branding
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and online presence
  • Lead and manage the Social Media Team to deliver engaging and high-quality content
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Develop and execute social media and online branding strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee content calendars, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community management
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across digital platforms
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of growing online engagement and brand visibility
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, paid advertising, SEO, and digital trends
  • 3–5 years proven experience managing social media for established brand
  • HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in betting, sports, tech, or fast-paced digital industries
  • Experience handling online brand reputation and crisis communication.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
