It has carried out service rendering duties in various states of Nigeria and within the ever bustling business environment of Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate professional with a commanding grasp of the Lagos property market, strong leadership credentials, and the ability to build and optimise high-performing teams and systems.
  • We are looking for an exceptionally experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to oversee and drive the full operational framework of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable regulations (CAC, LASRERA, FIRS, land use laws, and anti-money laundering requirements).
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align operational capacity with revenue targets and client commitments.
  • Ensure all development activities comply with LASPPPA, town planning regulations, and relevant Lagos State real estate laws.
  • Oversee title documentation, deed of assignment, survey plans, C of O processing, and all property legal instruments.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine the company's operational strategy in alignment business growth objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and manage the operational budget, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost control across all departments.
  • Set clear KPIs for all operational teams and conduct regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Review financial performance data and provide management with regular operational cost analysis and variance reports.
  • Champion learning, development, and succession planning to build long-term organisational capacity.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and performance benchmarks across all departments.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage department heads and senior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and professional excellence.
  • Liaise with architects, contractors, project managers, and surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Deep knowledge of the Lagos real estate market; land acquisition, property development cycles, regulations, and sales processes.
  • B.Sc. / HND in Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale real estate operations, development projects, and multi-departmental teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • 12 – 15 years of progressive experience in real estate, property development, or a related sector, with at least 5 years in a senior operations or general management role.
  • Not more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems, drive process improvement, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional membership of NIESV, NIQS, NSE, or LASRERA registration is a strong advantage.

Salary
N1,300,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
