Job Summary
Functional Reporting - The Revenue Growth Strategist shall work closely with:

  • General Manager

  • Senior Brand & Marketing Lead

Job Purpose

  • The role focuses on identifying new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing revenue streams, improving commercial performance, analysing customer behaviour, recommending pricing strategies, strengthening sales and marketing alignment, and ensuring the Company achieves sustainable business growth.
  • The Revenue Growth Strategist serves as the Company's commercial intelligence and growth advisor, translating business data into actionable strategies that improve financial performance and long-term competitiveness.
  • The Revenue Growth Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving strategies that will increase the Company's revenue, profitability, market share, customer lifetime value, and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly revenue growth strategies across land sales, housing projects, mortgages, partnerships, and value-added services that align with the Company's business objectives.
  • Develop expansion strategies for new markets and customer segments.
  • Recommend innovative commercial initiatives to increase profitability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new products, services, and business models.

Commercial Performance Analysis:

  • Evaluate product performance and customer buying behaviour and make recommendations to the Commercial Performance team.
  • Analyse sales performance across all estates and business units.
  • Monitor revenue Global Real Estate trends and identify growth opportunities within the Real Estate sector.
  • Identify factors affecting revenue growth and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare commercial insights and recommendations for Management.

Pricing & Profitability Strategy:

  • Monitor gross profit margins across all product lines.
  • Review pricing structures for our products and services.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments to improve market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Analyse discounts, promotions, and incentive structures to ensure positive returns.
  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis.

Customer & Market Intelligence:

  • Analyse customer demographics, purchasing patterns, and investment behaviour.
  • Recommend new products and services based on market demand.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Identify emerging market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Work closely with the Senior Brand & Marketing Lead to ensure marketing campaigns generate high-quality leads.
  • Recommend strategies to reduce lead conversion leakage.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness from a revenue perspective.
  • Partner with the Sales Performance & Operations Manager to improve conversion rates.
  • Improve customer acquisition efficiency.

CRM & Customer Journey Optimization:

  • Identify conversion bottlenecks.
  • Recommend CRM automation improvements.
  • Improve customer retention strategies.
  • Analyse customer journeys from enquiry to post-sale.
  • Make strategies that will increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Develop referral and repeat purchase programmes.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:
Prepare detailed weekly and Executive monthly reports on:

  • Revenue opportunities
  • Strategic recommendations
  • Sales forecasts
  • Business performance dashboards
  • Growth initiatives

  • Customer insights
  • Commercial risks

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, Marketing Team, CRM Team, Operations, Technology, Construction and Customer Service, to ensure all commercial initiatives support the Company's revenue growth objectives.

Strategic Projects:
Lead or support strategic initiatives including:

  • Partnership development
  • Estate launch strategies
  • Commercial process improvements
  • Digital transformation initiatives
  • Revenue diversification projects
  • Customer loyalty programmes
  • New product launches

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Growth:

  • Annual Revenue Achievement (%)
  • Monthly Revenue Growth – 20% Monthly growth
  • Quarterly Revenue Growth (%) – as combined on a monthly basis
  • Revenue per Estate – 20% increase per Estate and across each of the Estate’s products

Profitability:
Profitability shall be measured in terms of:

  • Net Profit Contribution
  • Average Deal Value
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
  • Revenue per Customer
  • Gross Profit Margin

Marketing Effectiveness:
As a key driver of what determines the effectiveness of Marketing outcomes, you shall also be collectively measured by the below marketing variables:

  • Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Conversion

Executive Reporting:

  • Quality of strategic recommendations adopted by Management.
  • Timely submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports and all necessary reports.
  • Accuracy of revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Strategy, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Commercial Management are desirable.
  • A Master's Degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) - preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing revenue growth strategies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, business development, strategic planning, sales operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and commercial dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of real estate, financial modelling, customer analytics, and market research is an advantage.
