Job Description

• We are recruiting on behalf of our client who owns a restaurant in Surulere. The successful candidate will contribute to creating delightful culinary experiences through skillful cooking and food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Prepare and cook menu items to perfection

• Work Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off

Requirements

• Knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients
• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2-10 years experience.
• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role
• Attention to detail and a passion for food
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
