Job Title: Factory Worker

Role Overview

  • This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, follow instructions carefully, and want to build a stable and rewarding career in a growing manufacturing company. No prior factory experience is required — full training will be provided.
  • Tracy N Jasmine Limited is recruiting hardworking, diligent, and safety-conscious Factory Workers to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in shift handovers and keep accurate production logs and records where required
  • Report equipment faults, material shortages, accidents, or near-misses to the Supervisor immediately
  • Meet daily production targets as assigned by the Supervisor without compromising product quality
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Supervisor or management
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times on the production floor
  • Inspect products during and after production to identify defects, contamination, or deviations from standards
  • Assist in receiving, counting, and storing raw materials and finished goods as directed
  • Carry out assigned production tasks including mixing, blending, packaging, labelling, sealing, and sorting of products
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free workstation throughout every shift
  • Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and responsible manner, following all operating guidelines
  • Cooperate with quality control checks and audits
  • Wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak production periods
  • Experience: No prior experience required — training provided
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a production environment
  • Minimum of SSCE (WAEC/NECO) or equivalent qualification
  • No prior factory or manufacturing experience required — comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
  • Ability to read, follow written instructions, and carry out tasks accurately
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
