BIM–CAD Specialist Job

Role Summary

• We are seeking a skilled BIM–CAD Specialist to support our design team in producing accurate structural/civil drawings and BIM models.
• The role requires strong drafting expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural/civil drawings using AutoCAD, CADS-RC, CADS-SW.
• Develop BIM models and drawings using Revit.
• Produce GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and bending schedules.
• Prepare shop drawings and support Civil 3D detailing.
• Ensure drawing accuracy, standards, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and support BIM coordination (clash detection, updates).

Key Requirements / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CADS-RC, CADS-SW, and Revit is essential.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in structural/civil drafting or detailing.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and BIM coordination tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of structural detailing, drawing standards, and documentation.
• Ability to organize files, manage drawing versions, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation of drawings.

Salary
N180,000 - N400,000 / month.
