• Produce strategic and creative proposals and sales collateral.
• Support day-to-day admin for the Creative Team.
• Collaborate on large programs with Creative Managers.
• Own asset-based projects and proposal assets.
• Apply creative tools to enhance visuals and storytelling.

???? Requirements

• Proficient with creative tools and platforms (Pinterest, BizBash, PartySlate).
• Experience with SOW creation, vendor negotiations, and budgeting.
• Strong Salesforce experience and data/dashboard management.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Events across programs.
• Willingness to travel for vendor visits as needed.
