• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in partner management, technical PM, or external business ops.
• Proven ability to drive small-to-medium projects with external partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey tech info to non-technical.
• Customer-first mindset and urgency to scale products and operations via partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
